    1. I'd like to book 1:1 coaching, but I see you're fully booked. What now?

    At the moment, I work with a limited number of 1:1 clients to ensure the level of quality and results I stand for. As a result, my coaching is currently fully booked.

    The good news is that I'm currently developing a digital approach behind the scenes, so you'll soon be able to work with me in a different way.

    2. What is tapering and why is it important before a race or competition?

    Tapering is a crucial phase in the final weeks before a race or competition where training volume is gradually reduced to allow for full recovery and peak performance. During this period, nutrition plays a key role: we focus on optimizing energy stores through strategic fuelling, supporting muscle repair, and managing digestion. Proper carbohydrate loading, hydration, and micronutrient balance can make a real difference in how strong and fresh you feel at the start line.

    3. Do you follow a specific type of diet in your coaching?

    I don't promote restrictive or short-term diets. Instead, I offer flexible, science-based nutrition strategies that are fully personalised to your goals, lifestyle and preferences. My aim is to support long-term results, performance, and a healthy relationship with food, without unnecessary rules or limitations.
